The article, through a very original graphic, is focused on the new proposal aimed at enhancing openness and accountability by making the existing Transparency Register – which is voluntary and only applicable to European Parliament and Commission – unavoidable for all interest representatives seeking to influence policy making in all three institutions, thus also including Council and, on a voluntary basis, other EU institutions, bodies, offices and agencies.
